Internet Marketing Consultant rates are all over the place – from cheap to really expensive!
When you do a search in Google for Internet marketing consultant you see that 99% of the listings there are for webmasters.
If I’ve learned anything in marketing online for more than 12 years, it is that a webmaster is exactly the OPPOSITE of an Internet marketing consultant.
Webmasters make pretty websites.
Internet marketers make web sites that make a profit. Marketing and art are not usually the same thing – especially online.
There is a constant battle between Intrnet marketing consultants and their clients as the clients try to micromanage the process – based on what colors and features their wife tells them looks better – and well meaning but clueless friends – vs what the numbers and experience bear out.

I thought that the movie Click! that I did with Adam Sandler was going to be a lot better. Honestly the script was pretty good – and that is why I took the contract.
It also helped that Christopher Walken was in it – he was hilarious.
But working with Adam was tough. He wouldn’t stick to the script and kept acting like he was “all that” and really slowed down the whole shooting schedule with his terrible Jerry Lewis antics.
I grew up doing theater in England and this sort of actor was just hard for me to take.
I will never work with him again – but sometimes you just gotta do these films, cash the checks, and hope your fans don’t hold it against ya.
